ABM Health recognizes that not all healthcare organizations, particularly first-time outsourcers, are prepared to implement the Comprehensive Clinical Engineering or Facility Engineering programs. To meet the needs of these customers, ABM Health has developed alternate delivery models based on placing a management team, only, in place:

• Engineering Management Program – ABM Health provides you with an experienced Facility or Clinical Engineer to lead your technical personnel and to manage relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers. This service includes access to our systems and support, including education, safety systems, national agreement discounts on supplies, and productivity tools. It can be implemented at different levels, from the placement of a Facility or Clinical Engineer on-site, through ABM Health having operational and financial management responsibility for the entire hospital facility engineering spend (unlike our comprehensive programs, facility staff members remain your employees).
