Compliance-Based Clinical Engineering

If you are seeking solutions that are primarily focused on servicing your biomedical equipment, we provide plans that are fully compliant with The Joint Commission, DNV, and other requirements, while allowing flexible repair options.

• Clinical Engineering Resident Plan - Provides one or more full-time, on-site biomedical technicians (BMETs) for hospitals that require a full-time biomedical service presence, without the burden of staffing an in-house department. ABM Health Residents maintain, repair, and support a wide variety of medical equipment and provide all documentation required by The Joint Commission, DNV, and other accrediting bodies. Services can be tailored to augment an existing program, to create and manage a new department, or to "out-source" an existing biomedical function. ABM Health provides everything required, including a customized action plan for success, compliance, and savings. All Resident Plan labor is provided on a fixed-fee basis. Parts are not included.
• Clinical Engineering “PM Plus” Plan – Provides a cost-effective approach to maintaining compliance with accrediting and regulatory bodies, particularly for clients with smaller complements of clinical equipment. Preventive Maintenance, compliance services, and documentation are all included in a low basic fee. Repairs are billed as services are performed.
