We are passionate about productivity. We believe that it is not only the lifeblood of effective operations, but also fundamental to job satisfaction.

At ABM Health, productivity is a natural outgrowth of our culture of Excellence. When every member of the staff believes that “doing the job right the first time, every time, makes good economic sense,” there are fewer mistakes and re-works. We amplify this effect by installing processes that encourage and empower employees to make the right choices on the job.

The second key to our productivity is measurement. In addition to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) developed with each client, ABM Health utilizes the ABM Productivity Index, which applies a uniform set of productivity measures to all employees. This provides all staff with performance expectations that are balanced and objective.

The third key is tools to support productivity. Our systems provide real time information to our staff on equipment conditions, workload requirements, and resources. Electronic support systems allow each employee to maximize their productive time and minimize unproductive wait time.
