Raymond Peter Zambuto, CCE, FASHE, FHIMSS, FACCE
President
Ray Zambuto brings over 40 years of experience and entrepreneurial leadership to ABM Health. Ray served as the founder and President of Technology in Medicine, Inc. (Holliston, MA), the leading provider of multi-vendor asset and technology management services in the Northeast, from 1974 until its acquisition by The Linc Group, now a division of ABM, in 2007. His background also includes service as a Senior Engineer at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston) and at Lockheed Electronics Co. (Hyattsville, MD). Ray holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Bio-Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, New York. He is a Certified Clinical Engineer and a Fellow of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), the Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society (HIMSS), and the American College of Clinical Engineering (ACCE).

Robert G. "Bob" Anderson
Vice President, Business Development
Bob Anderson brings 30 years of healthcare sales and marketing experience to ABM Health. At EMCOR Facility Services, Arlington, VA, he served as Vice President of Business Development and had full responsibility for building existing and new business accounts. While at ARAMARK, Philadelphia, PA, Bob directed his business efforts to building a new Senior Living Services division. At Sodexo, he worked in facilities management, where he gained a solid understanding of the field and its challenges. Bob received his BS in Industrial Management from Northeastern University, Boston MA. He is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA), and is active professionally.

Paul C. Monahan, Jr.
Vice President, Clinical Engineering
Paul Monahan brings over 35 years of experience in clinical engineering and business management to ABM Health. Beginning in 1976 as a field service technician at Technology in Medicine, Inc., he rose to become Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer by 1987. In this capacity, he presided over the integration of four acquisitions and the development of systems for multi-vendor service. In 2009, Paul was promoted to President of Technology in Medicine, Inc. Paul is a past President of the Medical Device Society of Boston and has served on the Clinical Engineering Steering Committee of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE). He has lectured nationally at both engineering and healthcare conferences and has served on various industry advisory boards.

Robert M. Eakin, MHA
Vice President, Facility Engineering
Robert Eakin has more than 25 years of progressive healthcare experience in both clinical engineering and facilities management. While with Triad Hospitals (Plano, TX), he rose from Director of Facilities at individual hospitals to Manager of Corporate Engineering Services. Robert's responsibilities included supervision of construction and renovation projects, overseeing the corporate Energy-Star program, assessing facilities, and managing budgets in the 54-hospital system. More recently, he served as Vice President of Professional Services for Four Rivers Software (Pittsburgh, PA), the market leader in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for healthcare.

Stephen L. Grimes, FACCE FHIMSS FAIMBE
Principal Clinical Engineer
Stephen Grimes has more than 30 years’ experience with hospitals, shared service organizations, and healthcare consulting firms. He is a nationally recognized authority on topics ranging from future challenges facing clinical engineering and healthcare technology integration to medical device security and risk management. Stephen is a frequent author and speaker at both national and international venues. He is a Fellow of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), where he currently chairs their Medical Device and Patient Safety Task Force. He was also named a Fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE), and a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Engineering (ACCE), where he is a past President. In February 2011, he received the joint industry ACCE/HIMSS Excellence in Clinical Engineering & Information Technology Synergies Award. Stephen is a graduate of Purdue University’s Biomedical Engineering Program.
